“Pulpo a la gallega,” also known as “Pulpo a feira,” is a traditional 🇪🇸Spanish dish that originates from the region of Galicia, in the northwest of Spain.

It is a simple yet delicious dish featuring cooked octopus as the main ingredient lying over a bed of sliced boiled potatoes and seasoned with Spanish extra virgin olive oil, pimentón de la Vera (smoked paprika), and Sea salt flakes.
