Vegan Fideuá (Noodles Paella)

New Vegan Noodles Paella on the menu!
It’s called “Fideuá”, and it’s exactly the same as a Paella but made with short and very thin Spanish noodles called “‘Angel hair”. We use these same noodles to make soups too.
It’s cooked in the same way as Paella rice.

Spaniards used to eat it with allioli sauce (vegetarian), or with lemon (vegan).
It’s absolutely delicious. You won’t miss the rice in it! This is a kid’s favourite dish!
